What are the qualities of Cutieland Boutique products?
Quality is one of the major concerns for most of the online shoppers and Cutieland Boutique are committed to deliver products which meet our customer requirement. Therefore for all fashion ladies apparel and accessories, we do pre-inspection on all items before shipping it out.

Where do you get your products from?
Currently for latest fashion ladies apparel and accessories, we imported directly from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Taiwan factory.

How do we make payment for the products that we purchase?
You can bank in the amount chargeable to our accounts number that provided.

How do we get the products that we purchase?
We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a reliable courier service provider.

Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in Malaysia. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or APO/FPO addresses.

When will the purchases be delivered?
Delivery in Malaysia will take 2-3 days depending on availability of stock. Please be reminded that delays in delivery may caused by sending your item to an address without a recipient present. It is always our recommendation to send your item to an office address where you can sign for it. You may also appoint someone you trust to receive the delivery on your behalf.

Do I get charged for the delivery service?

Which shipping services does Cutieland Boutique use?
We use Skynet Express for Malaysia deliveries.

What if I do not receive my items?
You can track the items with a tracking number at our courier service website. All the details will provide to you once we have sent out your products. Also, you can email/msn us to assist you in checking the shipment status.

Bags 1-2 items --- Only RM 6.00
Subsequent additional RM 1.00 each item

Sabah / Sarawak:
Bags & Clothes 1-2 items --- RM 12.00
3 pcs & above - Add RM4.00 each item

*This postage charges not include for the outskirt area.

Terms & Conditions

Cutieland Boutique Terms & Conditions

1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

2. Buyer should allow within 1-2 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

3. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

4. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

5. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

6. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Skynet requires signature upon delivery.

7. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

8. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment did not receive.

2. We are launching first come first serve service. We will submit order to our factory once we have collected 40pcs payment. Whoever pays first will get the clothes first.

3. If cloth is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.

4. Once order placed to factory, will take around 10 days to arrive our shop.

5. Once received and checked, we will send out the cloths within 1-3days to all customers.

6. Our factory located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. We are placing the order directly from factory, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of cloths one by one and we will not hold responsible for it.

8. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color and etc.

9. We only accept return if the cloths have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths send out wrongly by us.

A gentle reminder for Pre-Order purchase:

a. It would be better to avoid ordering white color cloths as the risk of dirty might be higher.

b. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

c. Buyer should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

d. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

e. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.

How To Orders

How to order from Cutieland Boutique?

Step 1: Find Your Favourite
Find the products you want to buy Read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Most of the products come with details such as picture, sizing, material, design, pricing and etc. Please go through it carefully.

Step 2: Fill In The Order Form
Click and fill in the order form which was prepared. The form is prepared on 10 items format, you may write the additional on remarks column if you ordered more than 10pcs.

Step 3: Waiting For Our Reply
Wait for our reply WITHIN 24 HOUR. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

Step 4: Bank in payment
We only accept payment to Maybank and Public Bank account at the moment. You can pay to use either Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience.

Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear. Please email/msn us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction. ** Items will NOT be shipped out if you do not email us the payment details.**

Step 5: Wait for your Product
We will email / MSN the tracking code of the shipment for your reference.
